  • Lord Shri Krishna had laid his feet on it along with Goddess Radha and Shri Balram! Lord Krishna must have played in the sand with his cow herder friends and brother Balram as Raman means Divine Plays and Reti denotes Sand. This is the place where Shri Krishna used to wait for Radhaji after which they would go to Vrindavan together.

  • Bal Krishna, Balramji along with his friends used to play here at Brahmand Ghat. One day, Krishna had eaten some mud while playing here. While Yashoda Mata came to know about this act and confirmed by Balaramji, she reached here and told Krishna to open his mouth. Bal Krishna opened his mouth, where Yashoda Mata saw countless universes, limitless Brahmas, Vishnu and Mahesh, Sun, Moon, Planets and all moving and non- moving things in his mouth. She closed her eyes with fear and thought, how is it possible that whole brahmand was absorbed in small mouth of his Lal. “What is this that I am seeing? It it an illusion or some magical powers?” Upon opening her eyes, she saw that Kanhaiya was sitting on her lap. Today, the Brahmand Ghat stands at the very spot where this incident is believed to have occurred.

  • Damodar Leela which is also famous by the name of Ukhal Bandhan Leela. Kanhaiya came to his mother and caught hold of the curd churner, stopped her from churning the curd and himself jumped into the mother's lap. Due to the excess of Vatsalyasneh, mother started feeding milk to Lala. Padmagandha cow's milk was kept on the fire, it started boiling. Seeing the milk boiling, the mother left Lala unsatisfied and quickly went to milk. This made Kanhaiya angry. Kanhaiya picked up a stone and hit the pot kept nearby. The pot broke and the milk and curd spread.

  • Now Kanhaiya filled his eyes with artificial tears, went to another room and started eating stale butter and also started feeding the monkeys. The monkeys had helped God a lot in Ramavatar.  When mother came, she saw that the pot was broken, butter was spread. Mother understood that all this was the handiwork of my Lala. Maiya reached there with a stick where Kanhaiya was feeding butter to the monkeys sitting on a pot. When Kanhaiya saw mother coming with a stick, he ran from the back door of the building. Mother Yashodaji is running back and forth to catch the Krishna, who even after making his mind very subtle and pure through austerity, is unable to enter, but Shri Krishna does not come in hand.

  • When Kanhaiya saw that mother was tired, then he stood up and mother held him. Holding Kanhaiya's hand, she started threatening him. Kanhaiya started crying and shedding tears. Mother Yashoda saw that Lala was very scared, mother threw the stick. After this thought that it should be tied with a rope once. Mother asked for a rope and started tying Kanhaiya. Kanhaiya started the leela again, the rope became two fingers short. Maiya added another rope, that too fell short by two fingers, in this way she tied all the ropes of Gokul, yet she could not tie Kanhaiya, and every time the rope fell short by two fingers, a devotee can tie God only when God is pleased  and When you love God unconditionally.

  • Lord Krishna saw that the mother was very tired; Then out of grace, he himself got tied in the bond of mother. By the way, Shri Krishna is supremely independent. Along with Brahma, Indra etc. this whole world is under their control. Still bound like this, he told the world that I am under the control of loving devotees. In Sanskrit, the cord is called Dam and the stomach is called Udar. Yashoda Maiya tied the stomach of Lord Shri Krishna with a rope, hence the name of the Lord was Damodar.

  • Rescue of Yamalarjuna Two trees of Yamalarjuna were standing outside the Nand Bhavan. One's name was Nalkuber and the other's name was Manigriva who had become a tree due to the curse of Narad ji, both of them were of very evil nature. He had to be saved. Kanhaiya came out of Nand Bhavan pulling the pot. There he stuck the goblet between the two trees and pulled hard, there was a terrible sound and both the trees fell. Divine men appeared from among them.
