  • Full Payment need to made while making a booking.

  • Check-In time is 12 noon and Check-Out Time is 10 a.m. If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same before booking. No changes allowed staying at property.

  • Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.

  • Booking Payment can be made as Bank transfer or UPI / Google pay on +91 9730474425. We don't take cash at property.

  • Breakfast not available / included.

Booking Policy

  • Guest will receive a full refund on cancellations done 15 days before check-in-time.

  • No shows and cancellations made between 0 to 15 days before check-in date will incur 100% charge of the booking

  • Booking done within 15 days of check-in will be treated as non refundable booking.

  • Amendments will be treated as cancellation if within 15 days of check-in.

  • Refund will be done to customer bank account / UPI/ Google pay. If any bank charges or any other charges applicable while making refund then it will be deducted from booking amount. 

Cancellation / Refund / Amendment Policy

Guest Profile :

  • Bachelors, Male Groups and non-married couples are not allowed at our property.

  • Only families are allowed to stay at our property.

  • DRIVERS (Personal / Taxi) are not allowed to stay or sleep within premises at all.

  • If not meeting guest profile and still booked then property may reject the booking.​

Check in / Check Out :​

  • Respect Check in (12PM) & Check Out (10AM) time.

  • Any extension in check in / check out should be discussed while booking & not allowed while staying at the property.

  • Please handover the keys to Caretaker when you check out.

ID Proof Related :

  • It is mandatory for every guests to present valid photo ID at the time of check-in.

  • Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

  • Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s).

  • Office ID, PAN Card and Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as ID proof(s).

  • Any personal information that you share with us, shall be kept confidential.

Extra bed policy :

  • Extra guest (Not mentioned in Booking) will be charged @1000 INR per person.

  •  Extra guest will be allowed only if property can accommodate it.

Party / Smoking / Alcohol Related Rules :

  • Smoking within the premises is not allowed.

  • Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the property premises.

  • Loud Music & Parties not allowed.

  • Please don’t make loud noise after 10 Pm till 6 am. We do respect others privacy.

Power Backup :

  • Only lights & fans will work on power backup.

  • Lift / AC / Geyser will not work on power backup.

Payment Related :

  • Credit / Debit cards not accepted at the property. We accept Gpay / Bank Transfer.

  • Full payment needs to be done on or before check in. Pay at check out is not allowed.

Property Related :

  • Suitable for Elderly and children. Lift works only on Power backup.

  • The entire unit is accessible by wheelchair. Lift works only on Power backup.

  • Taxi Parking within premises not allowed.

  • We will try to arrange one car parking for personal car but in case we are not able to arrange then you can park in nearby paid car parking. (Caretaker will help).

Pet(s) Related :

  • Customers are not allowed to bring their Pets in property.

  • Be aware of Monkeys as they are everywhere in Vrindavan.

  • A properly managed cow is there in compound area.

  • A Dogs loved and taken care by a neighbor is seen at times.​

Damages :

  • LOST KEYS incur a replacement fee of INR 1200.

  • Damaged Bedsheet will incur INR 1000.

  • Damaged Towel will incur INR 700.

  • Please don’t spill any food on furniture or do anything that may rip/tare/scratch them. Any damages caused will be charged.

  • If any electrical appliance is not functioning at the time of check in, please notify us within 1 hour of check in with photographs / video. If not, you will be held responsible for equipment failure. Damages will be paid by guest and will be reported to website from where you have made booking.​

  • Radha Madhavam respects your right to privacy. Any personal information that you share with us, like your name, date of birth, address, marital status, telephone number, credit card particulars and the like, shall be entitled to privacy and kept confidential.

  • Radha Madhavam Hotel assures you that your personal information shall not be permitted to be used/disclosed, save for the purpose of doing the intended business with you, or if required to be disclosed under the due process of law.

  • Radha Madhavam Hotel assures you that in the event of your personal information being shared with its subsidiaries, business associates etc., such sharing of information shall be for the purpose of doing the intended business with you.

  • Radha Madhavam Hotel reserves its rights to collect, analyze and disseminate aggregate site usage patterns of all its visitors with a view to enhancing services to its visitors. This includes sharing the information with its subsidiaries, and business associates as a general business practice.

  • In the course of its business Radha Madhavam Hotel may hold online contests and surveys as permitted by law and it reserves its right to use and disseminate the information so collected to enhance its services to the visitors. This shall also include sharing the information with its subsidiaries and business associates as a general business practice.
