House rule and conditions 

1. Smoking, Drinking, parties, loud music and nuisance are not allowed at property as it's quite and calm place.

2. Only lights and fans will work on power backup. Lift will not work on power backup.

3. Check in time 12pm and check out time 10 am.  Any extensions should be discussed before booking. No changes allowed staying at property.

4. Full payment needs to be done at the time of booking. 

5. One Car parking available for personal car. Taxi not allowed. Drivers not allowed to stay / sleep in car or at property. 

6. Compound flooring and 3rd floor work in progress. 

7. Just to let you know A cow is there in the compound area and properly managed.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
